The contents of group packages are decided by the leaders, but we will ensure there is plenty of culinary decoration. What we mean is, that we will do everything we can, from early morning till late at night, to lure you drooling to our tables. Our bilingual Basque chef, Begoña, has a lively imagination and a number of groups keep returning to us if only for her cooking. Most of the year, our own organic vegetable patch serves us well and full-on vegetarian cooking is no problem for us. And our kitchen is as organic as possible.
