Every morning between nine and ten thirty, on our upper terrace (depending on the weather), we serve a more than luscious, healthy breakfast. This consists of a range of breads, Spanish cheeses and cold cuts, muesli, cruesli and a range of nuts and seeds. Fresh yoghurt, a variety of fruits, pan con tomate with olive oil. Accompanied by fresh juice, eggs just laid by our chickens and sprouts.
There is not much to say about lunch: it will only be served by prior arrangement.
When there is enough interest, we will serve our 123olé four course dinner, every other day. During the summer months we will do this anyway. Our kitchen princess from the Basque Country, Begoña, tries to combine Mediterranean cuisine, your health and our own organic vegetable patch to optimum effect. This ensures the most surprising taste explosions.
Our kitchen is guided by what is growing when. We consider it important to offer a wide range of vegetables, rich salads, fresh fish and organic meat. And all this comes with Canarian skin-on potatoes, rice with fresh herbs, Spanish aioli and mojos and our house wine in three colours – topped off by a home-made desert. Generally speaking, and if we should believe them, our guests leave the table jumping for joy.
During the school holidays, the children will eat together at separate tables by age group. Even they eat our spaghetti made from raw courgette as if they were eating chips.
The garden has an outdoor kitchen with fridge and stove, which all guests may use to prepare lunch or dinner.
