The retreat will take place at 123ole situated right between Perpignan and Barcelona, at 30 km from the idyllic Costa Brava beaches, and a 15- minute drive from Girona. The B&amp;B is run by Debbie de Jong and her husband Alfred, who created a unique retreat space at a beautiful farmhouse estate.<\/p>\n<p>The B&amp;B will be exclusive for us to use.<\/p>\n<p>Each morning will begin with an\u00a0optional meditation session, followed by breakfast and then a 1 and half hour alignment-based yoga practice. After a delicious\u00a0lunch,\u00a0you will have time to relax, explore the beautiful grounds of the Farmhouse, and hang out at the pool.
